Please look at the terrible disorder that has the hallmarks of autoimmunity, the mostly exclusively mail, POIS. Post Orgasmic Illness Syndrome = POIS and orgasm or even sexual stimulation to the point of lubrication will bring on a constellation of symptoms most similar to PEM (Post Exertional Malaise) in M.E. (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis or cfs).
I was vaccine injured 30 years ago twice and have been bedridden since with severe M.E. and severe POIS , which were both brought on by the vaccine injury.
For whatever (corrupt or dark) reason, there doesn’t seem to be much if any interest in this new and very serious illness which causes many men to commit suicide as one orgasm or just arousal can cause them to be totally unable to do much anything, let alone work for days or weeks at a time.
The Naked-Scientists has a large forum which starts with someone who has M.E. and POIS. There are more and more websites popping up, but attempts to get scientists, MDs involved in researching it seemingly go unheeded.
Thank you very much for your comment. I am sorry to hear about your struggle with these illnesses for so many decades, and the lack of serious inquiry on the part of the medical community. I have encountered varying degrees of information about all of these illnesses (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis the most, POIS the least), but I haven't looked at any of them closely yet. It may take me some time to research and write about what I'm able to find. Your comment definitely got me theorizing about yet-unknown-to-me systemic inflammatory cascades that could result from orgasm, and how those differ in males and females. This difference between the two has the potential to reveal something. I am guessing the systemic physiologic effects of orgasm, even in healthy people, are poorly studied, but it's a jumping off point. I will see what scientific research I can find. It's important to me to have a comprehensive list of diagnoses, so I really appreciate you bringing these to my attention.
